Waterloo Veterinary Care is taking additional precautions for the safety of our community, clients, and staff while continuing to provide care to your pets due to the concerns of COVID-19.
To help limit the spread of COVID-10 and limit person to person contact we are offering curbside service. Currently, only care staff will be allowed on the inside of the building.
Please call the clinic 920-478-3234 when you arrive and a member of our team will do your appointment check-in over the phone. We will then meet you outside to escort your pet into the building.
After your pet is evaluated, we will discuss a plan with you moving forward via phone or in the parking lot. Your pet will be escorted back to your vehicle at the end of the appointment at which time payment will be collected via cash, check or credit card.
To help with safety and efficiency:
- Please wear a mask when interacting with our staff for your safety and ours.
- Bring a cell phone with you to assist with communication during the appointment.
- Please remain in the clinic parking lot during the appointment.
If you have COVID or or suspected of having COVID please wait until you are recovered to bring your pet in for care. If your pet needs immediate care, please have a friend bring your pet the for the appointment.
