Waterloo Veterinary Care is taking additional precautions for the safety of our community, clients, and staff while continuing to provide care to your pets due to the recent concerns of COVID-19.
Currently, only care staff will be allowed on the inside of the clinic.
Staff will meet you in the parking lot and discuss your pets’ needs and bring pets into the clinic for care. We are at full operation capacity and all care can be performed as usual.
When you arrive at the clinic with your pet, please call 920-478-3234 and remain in your vehicle. Members of our care team will meet you at your vehicle to discuss your pets’ needs and take your pet into the building for care.
After your pet is evaluated, we will discuss a plan moving forward. Your pet will be escorted back to your vehicle at the end of the appointment at which time payment will be collected via cash, check or credit card.
If you have COVID or or suspected of having COVID please wait until you are recovered to bring your pet in for care. If your pet needs immediate care, please have a friend bring your pet the for the appoinment.
Please remain patient during this time. Thank you for entrusting us with your pet’s care and the added precautions needed to keep everyone healthy.
