Meet Our Veterinary Support Team

  • ERICA ZAMASTIL, BS, AVA, CVT

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science
degree and working for over a decade as a technician and microbiologist in the food
safety industry, I decided to change careers and pursue my passion for pet care. I
graduated from Animal Behavior College’s online Veterinary Assistant program in 2019
after completing my externship with Waterloo Veterinary Care and earned the
designation of Approved Veterinary Assistant from the NAVTA in November 2020.
Subsequently, I enrolled in Ashworth College's Associate of Applied Science Veterinary
Technician program to further my career. In April 2025, after four years of hard work,
supported by the team at Waterloo Veterinary Care, I earned the credential of Certified
Veterinary Technician in the State of Wisconsin.
I take great joy in helping to heal pets and ensuring they live happy, healthy lives. I
look forward to continuing my work with the dedicated team at Waterloo Veterinary
Care, assisting the doctors in enhancing the lives of the pets we care for.

  • VICKY DOLFIN

'Caring for animals has been a joy of mine since I was little.  My interest and love for animals has only grown through the years.  I'm excited to be a part of the Waterloo Veterinary Care team and establishing new relationships with clients and their pets.'  Vicky adds her customer care talents, veterinary experience and experience with her own pets to our skilled team.

  • SARAH WILLIAMS

I grew up on a small hobby farm in East Troy, WI and was a very active member of our local 4-H club until heading off to UW-River Falls and later on UW-Whitewater. I’m a farm girl at heart and spent a lot of time working with horses and competing in shows both locally and nationally my whole life. I’m a passionate animal lover of all critters big and small. Over the last several years, I spent my time honing my artistic skills by drawing pet portraits and memorial pieces for clients all over the world. I thoroughly look forward to learning and growing alongside such an amazing and knowledgeable team.

  • KATE STRINGFIELD

While growing up in Southwest Wisconsin I dreamed of living in the country and farming. I made that dream come true when my husband and I, along with our 3 children, moved into the country near Randolph in 2009. Currently we run a small commercial goat dairy where we participate in many of the performance programs offered through the American Dairy Goat Association.

Growing up with pets has shown me how incredibly vital they are to the millions who own them. Over the years I have owned many different types of pets, but my heart currently belongs to 3 fancy cats--2 sphynx and 1 maine coon.
I am excited to get to know, and work with the clients of Waterloo Veterinary Care and their pets.

  • MORGAN STADLER, BS

Growing up in rural Wisconsin, I developed a deep-rooted love for animals that shaped both my life and career path. In the spring of 2026, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Animal Science in, where I built a strong foundation in animal health, behavior, and care. Now, as I begin veterinary school, I’m excited to take the next step toward becoming a future veterinarian. I’m passionate about working with creatures of all kinds and look forward to providing compassionate, dedicated care to every pet and owner.
